Ricky Ow

Ricky Ow is a partner at Venture Capital firms and the founder of RJ Int'l, an investment and advisory company that guides web3.0 and traditional businesses in growth. He collaborates with companies in Thailand, China, Japan, Saudi Arabia, and Singapore. He is the President of Kasagi Labo, a subsidiary of Liquid X, focusing on anime IP and a unique fan engagement strategy.
With over 25 years of experience, Ricky is recognized as an Asian TV and content pioneer and a leader in award-winning pan-regional entertainment and animation productions. He has served on the board of the Singapore Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) since 2021 and was honorary chairman of the Asian Academy Creative Awards in 2018 and 2019. A strong advocate for Asian video content, he promotes young Asian creative talent and has been on the board of the Asia Video Industry Association (AVIA) from 2015 to 2019.
Previously, Ricky was Asia Pacific President for Warner Media Entertainment Networks from 2013 to 2020, overseeing all business aspects in the region. His experience includes investing in IP, developing markets, launching local channels, and scaling revenue sources. Before that, he spent 14 years at Sony Pictures as Executive VP & General Manager for SPT Networks Asia, leading high-profile productions like AXN’s The Apprentice Asia and The Amazing Race Asia (International Emmy 2009 nominee for “Non-Scripted Entertainment”).
